What is the minimum order quantity (M.O.Q.)?
For customised colours: crocodile — 20 skins per colour. You can also buy our exotic skins in standard colours with no M.O.Q., subject to stock availability.
How long does it take to develop a new colour?
It is best to provide sample swatches of the same skin type to be produced, as colour may vary after tanning if different swatches are used. Under normal production, the lead time is around 4 to 8 weeks.
How to cooperate with us?
We normally issue a proforma invoice for order confirmation. Once confirmed, a 70% deposit is prepaid and the 30% balance is settled before shipment. Each shipment includes CITES certification. Estimated delivery time is around 2 weeks.
How to make payment?
Payment terms are a 70% deposit and 30% balance before shipment. Accepted methods: TT (bank transfer) and PayPal.
What is the transportation method?
We highly recommend international couriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL or TNT, which offer shipment tracking and insurance — rather than Post/EMS. They also handle customs clearance and import duties in your country, which are not included in our invoice. Please choose your shipping method carefully.
